Career development plan, certifications, and continuous training DESCRIPTION At **SIRT**, we continue to grow and are looking to hire an **Infrastructure and Virtualization Technician/Engineer** to participate in high-impact technology projects within a collaborative and innovative environment. ### **What will be your mission?** You will join a specialized team focused on the **evolution and transformation of hybrid infrastructures**, combining **on-premise and cloud environments**. You will participate in end-to-end projects, from design through deployment and continuous improvement of technology platforms. ### **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Participate in hybrid infrastructure implementation and evolution projects * Design, deploy, and configure system solutions * Execute platform migrations, upgrades, and consolidations * Administer **virtualization** environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, KVM) * Manage storage in **SAN (iSCSI, FC) and NAS (SMB, NFS)** environments * Administer **Microsoft and GNU/Linux** systems * Collaborate on cloud projects (Azure, M365, Exchange Online) * Manage environments with **Cisco UCS Manager** * Implement monitoring solutions (Nagios, Icinga) * Define standards, procedures, and technical documentation * Provide ad-hoc support for complex incidents ### **What do we offer?** * Strategic projects with top-tier clients * Demanding and collaborative technical environment * Career development plan and certifications * Continuous training and client visibility * Work flexibility ### **Conditions** * Employment mode: Remote (with occasional on-site visits to clients/SIRT offices) * Working hours: * Mon–Thu: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Fri: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM * Salary: Based on experience * Start date: Immediate If you want to keep growing in the fields of infrastructure, cloud, and virtualization… we want to meet you! REQUIREMENTS ### **What are we looking for?** * Technical education (Engineering, Advanced Vocational Training in Systems, or equivalent) * Experience in infrastructure projects or technology deployments * Solid knowledge of: * Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, KVM) * Systems (Windows Server and GNU/Linux) * SAN / NAS storage * Microsoft infrastructure (AD, Exchange, SQL Server) * Cloud services (Azure, Microsoft 365) * Monitoring (Nagios, Icinga) * Experience with MDM (Intune) and EDR tools * Ability to manage technical projects from inception to completion * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile ### **Especially valued** * Certifications (Microsoft, Azure, VMware, Cisco, Linux, etc.) * Experience in cloud migrations and data center modernization * Knowledge of automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) * Experience in backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery * Good level of technical English
