AECIM is selecting a Labor Technical Advisor for Confemetal to join its Labor Affairs department. The Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations in the Metal Sector, CONFEMETAL, is the leading business organization in the Metal Sector in Spain and represents the interests of metal sector companies before public administrations and trade unions. Tasks **️ Main responsibilities:** * Participation in mediation, conciliation, and collective bargaining processes. * Drafting of legal documents and labor-related documentation. * Providing legal advice to affiliated organizations and companies on labor matters. * Management and organization of documentation related to labor relations and collective agreements. * Supporting regulatory interpretation and resolving labor-related inquiries. * Organizing working committees. Requirements **Job requirements:** * Academic background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Law. * Minimum professional experience: At least 1 year in roles related to labor affairs. Experience in business associations is desirable. * Languages: Advanced level of English (minimum C1), both spoken and written.
