Job Summary: We are seeking a BI Data Analyst for Verisure to support and monitor operational performance, conduct data analysis, provide insights, and automate reports for the Operations Management Directorate. We’re looking for you!** At **Verisure**, we are seeking to hire a BI Data Analyst for the Operational Management area within the Operations Directorate. The mission of this position is to support and monitor the operational performance of various business areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct exploratory and explanatory analyses on large volumes of data, identifying patterns, opportunities, and levers for business improvement. Critical and creative “out-of-the-box” thinking is required. * Provide actionable insights through analysis to support prioritization of various projects/initiatives across the business. * Collaborate closely with multiple teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, Planning, Finance) to understand requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and ensure adoption of results. * Develop multiple automated and interactive reports to monitor and drive key operational KPIs. * Work with multiple data sources (internal data\-ODBC connections, Cloud\-AWS, Snowflake, external files), ensuring data quality, consistency, and proper information modeling. * Identify deviations and lead proposals to improve service delivery. * Own data governance when building new metrics, maintaining existing ones, and detecting potential incidents. * Deliver executive presentations to Verisure’s Management Team. **Mandatory Requirements:** * University degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related field. * English proficiency at least at B2 level. * Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio). * Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Power BI is mandatory. * Interest in operational environments. * Experience working with large volumes of data and multiple information sources. * Strong soft skills and ability to interact and communicate effectively with diverse operational profiles and departments across the company. * Adaptability to change. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced analytical capability with a problem-solving orientation. * Proactivity in pursuing continuous improvement. * Teamwork orientation. **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of Business Objects. * Knowledge of AWS. * Knowledge of Snowflake. * Familiarity with AI applications in reporting and analytics. * Confidence interacting with senior stakeholders under pressure. * Project management experience. * Additional languages. **Our DNA**: Passion, Commitment, Innovation, Teamwork, Trust, and Responsibility.
