We are looking for a **Finance Controller** with experience in financial controlling and **international e-commerce environments**. You will play a key role in **budget preparation, reporting, and ERP integration**, ensuring efficient financial management focused on continuous improvement. Your role will be crucial in **budget preparation and analysis, financial and operational reporting, and ERP integration into financial processes**, while also contributing to group financial statement consolidation and supporting international growth projects. **Main Responsibilities** * **Preparation, monitoring, and analysis of budgets** * **Preparation of financial and operational reports for management** * Support in the consolidation of group financial statements * **Lead and coordinate ERP integration into financial processes** * Identification and **analysis of variances and proposal of corrective actions** * Optimization of financial processes * Collaboration with other departments * **Support in international growth projects** * **Flexibly support other areas of the team** when needed, from administrative to operational tasks, contributing to project growth **Requirements** * **Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar** * **3\-5 years of experience in financial controlling** (preferably in multinational or dynamic environments) * **Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting** * **Experience in ERP implementation or integration** (Business Central, NetSuite, or others) * Experience in **international e-commerce** will be highly valued * **Advanced level of English** * **Advanced proficiency in Excel** **Competencies** * **Analytical skills and business insight** * **Proactivity and focus on process improvement** * Communication and teamwork skills * **Ability to adapt to fast\-growing and changing environments** * Open and solution\-oriented mindset, enthusiastic about taking on diverse challenges and adding value across areas **What We Offer** * **Permanent full\-time contract** * **Flexible working hours, with shortened workdays on Fridays and during summer (July and August)** * **Hybrid work model: 3 days remote per week** * 25 € monthly allowance for recurring expenses * 250 € annual budget for training or courses of your choice * Language classes partially funded by CrowdFarming * **Birthday vegetable box gift** * Partially company\-covered health insurance
