At Adlanter, we believe in people's talent; therefore, we need to incorporate a **Labor Intern / Labor Relations Intern** to join our Labor Advisory team.
**What will be your responsibilities?**
You will support the team by handling procedures with SEPE (hiring and certificates), drafting employment contracts, and managing company registrations and deregistrations. Under supervision, you will handle processing via the Red System (IT submissions), registrations, deregistrations, conversions to indefinite contracts, modifications of part-time status, occupation categories, and contribution groups. Under supervision, you will also report workplace accidents and manage labor-related documentation.

* We envision a student in the final years of a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations or a Master’s in Labor Advisory, motivated to build a professional career in Labor Administration (Labor Relations). We will also consider students pursuing a Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) or Dual Vocational Training program who can formalize an internship.
* Signing an agreement with the university or educational institution is an essential requirement.
* Availability to start in September.
