You are passionate about building strategic partnerships and delivering measurable results in complex, multi\-channel settings. You bring:* 3\-6 years of directly related experience. * Experience in B2B or healthcare marketing, preferably within dental, medtech, or pharma in multi\-channel commercial environments. * Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business priorities into impactful marketing programs. * Demonstrated success in partnership marketing, customer engagement, and digital transformation initiatives. * Understanding of data\-driven/insights marketing and a value\-driven approach. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, able to operate effectively in a matrix organization. * Highly collaborative mindset, with a balance of strategic vision and operational execution. * Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. **Complementary Skills** At Align, we value bold thinking, collaboration, and continuous innovation. You’ll thrive in this role if you:* Demonstrate strategic agility and execution excellence. * Maintain a customer\-centric mindset with a focus on delivering premium partner and patient experiences. * Influence without authority and lead cross\-functional teams. * Exhibit high integrity and adaptability in a fast\-paced, growth\-oriented environment. **Impact** This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of DSO partnerships across EMEA, ensuring marketing excellence that delivers both business growth and partnership value.
