We are currently looking to hire an Assembly Engineer to strengthen our team within an industrial aerospace setting, directly participating in activities related to the A400M programme. The main objective of this role is to define, industrialize, and optimize assembly processes, ensuring correct application of tooling, tools, technical documentation, and aerospace regulations, as well as providing continuous workshop support to guarantee quality, efficiency, and compliance with programme standards. **Responsibilities:** * Definition, review, and optimization of industrial aerospace assembly processes. * Preparation of production documentation: assembly instructions, work books, and operational sequences. * Design, definition, and specification of assembly tooling, supporting its validation on-site. * Selection and definition of work tools (drills, fixtures, drilling machines, etc.). * Direct technical support in the workshop: monitoring operations, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement. * Interpretation of aerospace drawings, tolerance analysis, and application of current technical regulations. * Coordination with Production, Quality, and Methods teams to ensure correct execution of assembly. * Use of CATIA V5 at visualization level for design consultation and analysis. **What We Offer:** * Flexibility to better balance personal and professional life. * Stable project, indefinite-term contract, * Professional development. * Participatory, inclusive, and dynamic work environment. We love teamwork! * Join the place where engineers love to work. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent. * Prior experience in industrialization, assembly, or aerospace manufacturing, preferably in structures. * Knowledge of the A400M programme (assembly, production, methods, on-site support, or quality). * Proficiency in CATIA V5 at user level (visualization/analysis). * Strong ability to interpret drawings, technical documentation, and aerospace regulations. * Plant-oriented profile: autonomy, problem-solving skills, and fluent communication with workshop personnel.
