Key Highlights: 1. High-impact defense technology project 2. Working with cutting-edge technology and real systems 3. Professional stability and career growth in systems and integration JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an engineering professional specialized in validation and verification of complex systems, who wishes to join a high-impact technology project within the defense domain, focusing on advanced radar and electronic warfare systems. You will integrate into a highly technical environment, participating in key phases of the system lifecycle: from requirements analysis through test definition and execution, functional validation, and integration support. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (systems, hardware, and software) and work with real technology in laboratories, across both national and international projects. This is a long-term position offering comprehensive exposure to critical systems, with direct involvement in demanding, highly specialized technical environments. The project provides stability, continuity, and opportunities to progress into roles with greater responsibility within systems and integration. Work modality combines on-site laboratory work with remote work (up to 40%), depending on the project phase. Occasional travel will also be required, especially during integration and testing phases. If you seek an environment where you can work with cutting-edge technology, real systems, and long-term projects, this position will enable a qualitative leap in your technical career. * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Rigor and discipline in critical technical environments * Ability to work with formal procedures and documentation * Strong communication skills in multidisciplinary settings * Teamwork with systems, hardware, and software profiles * Proactivity and autonomy in task execution ### **Key Soft Skills** * Structured thinking and problem-solving * Adaptability to demanding and changing environments * Time management and task prioritization * Commitment to quality and compliance with standards ### **Required Personal Conditions** * Availability for national and international travel * Ability to work in laboratory and field environments * Compliance with safety regulations and use of PPE * Responsibility and confidentiality in projects involving sensitive information Project-dependent conditions: * Primarily **on-site laboratory work (Torrejón de Ardoz)**, due to the need to work with real equipment. * Remote work applies during more documentary or analytical phases.
