You will manage and coordinate your team, maintaining client contact throughout the various maintenance phases. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate your team in performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, providing guidance and development, and communicating company policies, procedures, and objectives. * Ensure compliance with internal policies on Health & Safety, Quality, and Environment, emphasizing safety for all employees. * Collaborate as part of a team, providing technical advice and support to the sales team, assessing unit conditions and modernization works. * Monitor achievement of productivity and service quality targets, analyzing and implementing improvement actions. Material management, work organization, and client service. Who We Are Looking For Do you have a structured approach to work, familiarity with the digital world, and thus the ability to independently organize your daily tasks? Do you enjoy completing your tasks quickly and successfully? If, in addition, you meet the following requirements: * You hold a degree in Industrial, Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, or possess equivalent experience. * Preferably, you have 2–3 years of experience in the technical field and in team management. * You possess knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and hydraulics.
