DESCRIPTION ### **Join Eosol Group as a BIM Modeler on Site** Eosol Group, a leading company in the construction and engineering sector, is looking to hire a **BIM Modeler on Site** with solid experience for a large-scale project. **About the Project:** You will actively participate in BIM modeling for an ambitious **Office Complex**, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency at every stage of the construction process. This project represents a unique opportunity to leave your mark on a benchmark project within the industry. **Your Role and Responsibilities:** As a BIM Modeler on Site, you will be a key player in the coordination and execution of the project. Your main responsibilities will include: * Creating and managing detailed BIM models for the office complex project. * Close collaboration with the construction team (engineers, site managers, architects) to integrate the BIM model into daily planning and execution. * Detection and resolution of clashes (Clash Detection) to prevent construction conflicts. * Generation of drawings, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation from the BIM model. * Continuous updating of the BIM model with real-time site information. * Ensuring correct implementation of the project-defined BIM standards. * Participation in coordination and project progress meetings. * Ongoing analysis and improvement of BIM workflows. **What We Are Looking For:** We seek a professional with a proven track record possessing the following qualifications: * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a BIM Modeler, preferably on building and office projects. * **Technical Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of BIM methodology and its applications on site. * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in BIM modeling software (Revit is mandatory), as well as clash detection tools (Navisworks, Solibri). * **Skills:** Analytical ability, attention to detail, proactivity, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. * **Education:** Technical university degree (Architecture, Construction Engineering, Building Engineering) or related Higher Vocational Training qualification. * **Languages:** Technical English proficiency is a plus. **What We Offer:** At Eosol Group, we value talent and commitment.
