**What will you do?**
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise all ongoing assigned construction works, ensuring safety, execution quality, environmental commitment, and adherence to schedules and budgets until commissioning.
* Prepare, review, and update on-site planning to meet established deadlines.
* Manage construction contracts.
* Issue Construction Procurement Specifications (CPC), preparing the initial schedule and work units, and produce the technical report with the award proposal when required.
* Coordinate all internal organizations, electricity generation companies, clients, and contractors involved in the execution and commissioning of assigned works. Develop the commissioning protocol and coordinate all on-site activities until asset energization.
* Ensure compliance with technical, health and safety, and environmental regulations on site, supporting personnel assigned to these functions.
* Lead and direct construction execution, focusing specifically on execution quality and adherence to schedules and budgets.
* Coordinate all elements necessary for correct construction execution regarding cost/schedule/quality/safety.
**What are we looking for?**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction and installation of both new and refurbished substations in operational facilities.
**Required knowledge and skills**
* Knowledge/experience in substation construction and applicable regulations.
* Advanced knowledge of occupational health and safety, environmental management, and quality assurance.
* In-depth knowledge of civil works, steel structures, busbar systems, earthing grids, cable routing, lighting and power supply, fire protection systems (PCI), and auxiliary systems, etc.
* Ability to control and manage contract work units.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to communicate effectively with others, and problem-solving capability.
* Intermediate/advanced level of English.
* Occupational Risk Prevention training.
