Forklift Operator with Warehouse Assistant Duties

Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented forklift operator and warehouse assistant to prepare orders, package products, load/unload goods, and manage inventory and warehouse organization. Machinery operation and inventory control We are looking for a person to work as a forklift operator and warehouse assistant in Madrid under a part-time contract with working hours from 9:00 to 13:00. Daily tasks include order preparation, product packaging, and loading/unloading of goods using machinery to move items efficiently throughout the warehouse. The role also involves receiving materials, inspecting incoming items to ensure they are in perfect condition, and entering data into the system to keep inventory records up to date. It is essential to maintain a well-organized workspace, classify stock to maximize space utilization, and uphold workplace cleanliness in accordance with safety regulations. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing daily workload volume. Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, order preparation, and goods handling roles. Vocational training qualification (Intermediate Level FP). Valid forklift or electric pallet truck license. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
