**Description:** ---------------- At GURPEA, a company with over 20 years of experience in industrial services, we are seeking an **Electrical Maintenance Technician** to join our team at the facilities of a leading client in the foundry sector, located in Castellbisbal (Barcelona). We are looking for committed, proactive professionals passionate about industrial maintenance, capable of working in dynamic, safe, and technically demanding environments. Your mission will be to ensure the proper functioning of machinery and drive continuous improvement in production processes. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Diagnose and repair electrical systems of industrial machinery, including motors, drives, PLCs, and automation systems. * Detect and correct electrical faults, ensuring rapid and effective interventions. * Carry out scheduled preventive inspections to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment and installations. * Comply with and ensure compliance of electrical safety protocols and industrial regulations. * Collaborate with the technical team to implement improvements in installations, processes, and maintenance procedures. * Provide support in implementing new technologies aimed at digitalization and industrial modernization. * Ensure the proper use of PPE and strict adherence to high and low voltage work regulations. * Identify risks in the work environment, proposing preventive measures to ensure team safety. * Record all interventions in digital maintenance management systems. **What we offer:** * Indefinite contract and job stability within an established company. * Working hours from 9:00 to 18:00, with one hour for lunch. * Salary of 27,000€ to 29,000€ gross annually in 14 payments (12 monthly installments + 2 extra payments in June and December). * Flexible compensation, with benefits such as childcare vouchers and private health insurance. **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum requirements:** * Higher degree in Robotics and Automation, Electromechanics, or equivalent technical training. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in foundries, steelworks, mining, or the energy sector. * Solid knowledge of industrial electricity, automation, and pneumatics. * Experience working with servo motors and PLCs (Siemens highly desirable). * Ability to connect to control systems and analyze electrical signals. * Training in electrical risk (RD 614/2001). * Training in working at heights is a plus.
