Currently at Chubb, we are seeking a Collections Manager whose main mission will be to ensure effective debt recovery while providing close and solution-oriented customer service within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The selected candidate will carry out the following responsibilities: * Make phone calls and send written communications to clients with outstanding debts. * Negotiate payment plans according to company policies. * Keep the CRM updated with all relevant information from each collection activity. * Coordinate with other departments (billing, customer service, etc.) to resolve issues. * Monitor and control payments, claims, and credits. * Perform administrative tasks related to the collections process. **Minimum Requirements** Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt recovery or collections management. Basic proficiency in office tools, especially Excel and CRM systems. Ability to communicate with empathy, firmness, and results orientation. Organized, solution-oriented individual with strong negotiation skills.
