Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role: ***Key Responsibilities*** * Enhance team efficiency by driving initiatives and introducing new technologies,‬ ‭including practices like Cross Knowledge Training.‭ * Translate business requirements into technical specifications and make informed‬ ‭decisions on technology adoption, infrastructure, and cost impacts.‬ * Document and communicate infrastructure and design decisions to both‬ ‭business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and‬ accountability for projects.‬ ***Must\-have Skills*** * 5\+ years of iOS development experience. * Strong hands\-on experience with Swift and SwiftUI. * Familiar with data structure, system design, design patterns, API designs, MVPor MVVM, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps. * Full stack background is a huge plus. Familiarity with cloud services, GraphQL, Firebase, etc is a plus. * Have published two or more iOS apps. * Experience with third\-party libraries and APIs * Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies * The ability to identify skilled engineers as we grow the team. * Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Spanish. * A positive disposition and a good attitude under pressure. ***Nice\-to\-have:*** * **AI Tooling Proficiency**: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day\-to\-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
