As part of our staff of over 3,200 professionals, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to improving the lives of 5,100 people in situations of social vulnerability. We are currently seeking a Physician to join our center located in Madrid. The main responsibilities include: * Conducting initial physical and functional assessments of service users, as well as subsequent assessments. * Performing medical acts, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions specific to their specialty. * Ensuring daily medical monitoring of service users by staying informed about their general condition and taking necessary measures to ensure stability and functional improvement. * Striving to achieve ergonomic, occupational, and social reintegration goals. * Assessing the appropriateness of using pharmacological, physical, therapeutic, occupational, speech and communication, cognitive, educational, and technical support resources—such as externally applied orthoses and prostheses—as tools in daily practice. * Participating alongside other professionals involved in the user’s rehabilitation (e.g., neuropsychologist, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, etc.) in designing and implementing individualized objectives. * Establishing family communication through close interaction and scheduling frequent follow-up meetings to report on each service user’s progress. * Communicating and listening to other professionals in the team regarding service users’ progress and emerging needs. * Referring service users to hospitals or health centers when certain health issues cannot be adequately addressed at our center. * Preparing clinical reports as a communication channel with healthcare professionals not affiliated with the center. * Collaborating and participating in internal and external training activities proposed to or by the center. * Contributing to the implementation of continuous improvement plans. * Identifying deficiencies in services provided and any situations that could improve project operations within a quality framework. \- Reporting functional \- hierarchical obstacles encountered during job performance to the responsible supervisor. * Maintaining appropriate confidentiality regarding data and information handled during professional practice concerning individuals served. * Any other duties outlined in the technical/administrative specifications document (if applicable). * Any other duties required to ensure the smooth operation of the center and the well-being of service users at all times. * Participating in the company’s integrated management system.
