Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Snowflake Developer with data engineering experience to support data migration and modernization initiatives in banking and financial services, collaborating on complex projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines in Snowflake 2. Optimize queries, warehouses, and costs 3. Collaborate with data architects and business stakeholders Snowflake Developer We are looking for a Snowflake Developer Hybrid Model in Madrid (2 days per week in the Madrid office) \+7 years of experience Are you passionate about Data Engineering, cloud migrations, and working with large-scale data? We seek a Senior Snowflake Developer with at least 7 years of experience to contribute to high-impact data migration and modernization projects, particularly within banking and financial services environments. What will you do in this role? Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines in Snowflake Migrate data from Teradata to Snowflake, ensuring performance and data quality Optimize queries, warehouses, and costs **Create and maintain Snowflake objects:** tables, views, schemas, stored procedures Work with Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Time Travel, Cloning Automate processes using Python / Shell Collaborate with data architects and business stakeholders **We are looking for someone with:** \+7 years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Platforms Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL Experience in data migration and performance optimization Knowledge of DevOps / CI/CD applied to data pipelines Experience with dbt, Fivetran, Databricks (desirable) Experience in banking or financial services (highly valued) Snowflake SnowPro Certification (a plus) Why join us? 100% on-site project in Madrid Complex, large-scale projects Cutting-edge cloud technologies Professional stability and growth within a senior environment Are you interested in this opportunity—or do you know someone who fits this profile?
