We are looking for a **PostgreSQL DBA Technical Lead** with experience in **high-volume banking environments**, to technically lead a DBA team and coordinate the operation and evolution of critical database platforms. Job responsibilities: * Technically lead the DBA team (task management and coordination). * Advanced **PostgreSQL administration**: performance \& tuning, security, bulk scripting. * Implement and maintain **high-availability environments with Patroni** (clusters, synchronous/asynchronous modes, switch management). * Log analysis and resolution of complex incidents. * Comprehensive platform support (system level). * Coordination of deliverables, project planning, and interaction with technical departments. Requirements: * More than **5 years of experience** as a PostgreSQL DBA in banking or high-volume environments. * Experience **leading DBA teams** (verifiable with references). * Advanced knowledge of **PostgreSQL administration, performance, tuning, and security**. * Experience with **high availability using Patroni** and database clusters. * Knowledge of **systems (Linux/Unix)** for full support.
