This is a remote position. ### At Ibertech, we are looking for a **PAM Technician (Privileged Access Management)** to collaborate with one of our leading banking sector clients. **Location:** Madrid **Modality:** Remote **Project Duration:** Stable **Working Hours:** Mon-Fri 9h, Fri 7h. Summer hours: Mon-Fri 7h **Job Description and Requirements:** **1\. Fundamental Knowledge of Privileged Account Management:** Concepts of vaulting, check\-in/check\-out, automatic password rotation. Difference between personal, service, and shared accounts. Policies for privileged access and session control. Governance and compliance: Principles of Least Privilege and Zero Trust. Access auditing, session recording, and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, NIST, CIS). Identity security: Integration with IAM/IGA and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Just\-in\-time (JIT) access control and approval workflows. **2\. PAM Platforms and Tools Familiarity with one or more of the following solutions:** CyberArk PAM / Privilege Cloud / EPM BeyondTrust Password Safe / Privilege Management Thycotic / Delinea Secret Server One Identity Safeguard HashiCorp Vault Wallix Bastion **3\. Integration and Connectivity Integration with corporate systems:** Active Directory / LDAP / Azure AD. Operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix). Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Critical applications (SAP, VMware, AWS, Azure, etc.) Connectivity and protocols: RDP, SSH, HTTPS, WinRM, Telnet, JDBC. Configuration of PAM connectors and plugins. **4\. Operations and Support Monitoring availability of vaults and PAM components** . Diagnosing and resolving incidents (failed rotation, denied connection, session errors, etc.). Reviewing and adjusting permissions or policies. Incident management and escalation to development or architecture level. Technical documentation of procedures and ticket resolution. **5\. Infrastructure and Environment Operational knowledge of: Application servers / PAM components:** PVWA, CPM, PSM (in CyberArk) or equivalents. Supporting databases of the PAM system. Operating systems: Windows Server and Linux. Network and security services: DNS, proxy, certificates, firewalls. **6\. Additional Technical Skills Basic scripting: PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate administration or audit tasks** . Use of monitoring tools: Splunk, Kibana, SolarWinds, etc. Version control / documentation: Git, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow. Reporting: log extraction, generating audit reports, event analysis. **7\. Complementary Competencies Ability to analyze and resolve technical incidents** . Collaboration with infrastructure, security, and compliance teams. Attention to detail and process orientation. SLA compliance and support under controlled procedures.
