**What Will Be Your Role?**

We are seeking an Aeronautical Interior Design Engineer to participate in aircraft customization, modification, and conversion projects, collaborating on engineering solutions for Cargo \& Cabin areas.
You will join an international, multidisciplinary environment and participate in all phases of the design lifecycle—from conceptual definition through manufacturing and installation support—ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and customer requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Performing Cargo \& Cabin engineering activities in accordance with established design principles throughout the development lifecycle.
* Creating 3D models and 2D drawings of mechanical components, assemblies, and aeronautical installations.
* Preparing design documentation compliant with mechanical engineering standards and processes.
* Defining mechanical interfaces with customers, suppliers, and other engineering departments.
* Participating in aircraft customization, modification, and conversion projects.
* Developing interior designs and cabin configurations.
* Supporting manufacturing and installation processes by managing revisions, deviations, and concessions.
* Applying weight- and cost-oriented design criteria per project requirements.
* Identifying technical risks and contributing to the definition of innovative and efficient solutions.
* Collaborating with Stress, Production, Flammability, CVE, and supplier teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Contributing to technical proposals and estimations for various projects.
**Your Profile**
---------------
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* 5–10 years of experience in aeronautical design, particularly in Cargo \& Cabin or aeronautical structures environments.
* Demonstrable experience in aeronautical interiors, aircraft customizations, and conversions.
* Knowledge and experience with ATA 50\.
* Ability to develop differentiated cabin concepts, layouts, and customization solutions.
* Proficiency in CAD tools, preferably Siemens NX.
* Experience with TeamCenter.
* Advanced level of English and Spanish.
* Experience working on international projects and within global teams.
* Ability to work in demanding, deadline-driven environments.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable:
* Experience with MyAirbusWorld and/or MyBoeingFleet platforms.
* Knowledge of aeronautical certification processes.
* Experience in interior and cabin system integration.
* Participation in commercial or executive aircraft modification or conversion programs.
* Knowledge of aeronautical manufacturing and installation.
