The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical-economic study phase (tenders, quantity surveying, budgeting, and bidding), including preparation thereof. Responsibilities * Technical analysis of projects and tender documentation. * Preparation of budgets and economic feasibility studies. * Development of technical and economic proposals. * Measurement of work units and optimization of technical solutions. * Planning and monitoring of construction execution. * Cost control, certifications, and variance analysis. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Support in project certifications and financial closure. * Resolution of technical issues arising on site. * Technical and economic negotiation with suppliers. * Technical liaison with clients throughout all project phases. Requirements * University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering / Roads, Canals and Ports (Surveyor profile preferred). * Proven experience of over 5 years performing similar duties as a Studies Technician. * Prior on-site experience (e.g., site manager, production manager, or equivalent) to provide practical insight during the study phase. * Proficiency in budgeting tools such as Presto and design software such as AutoCAD. * Strong analytical skills, results orientation, and negotiation abilities.
