We seek to hire a Quantity Surveyor / Technical Architect with BIM experience who wishes to become part of a team dedicated to quality, meticulous detail, and full project development. Responsibilities * BIM modeling in Revit * Project development (basic and execution phases) * Quantities surveying and budgeting (Presto) * Coordination with engineering teams * Support in construction management and site supervision * Economic control of the project Requirements * Degree in Technical Architecture / Quantity Surveying * Minimum 2 years of experience * Proficiency in Revit (intermediate level) within a collaborative BIM environment * Knowledge of Presto, AutoCAD, and Excel * Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications * English language proficiency * Experience in high-level residential projects * Sensitivity to construction details What We Offer * Author architecture projects * BIM-based working methodology * A professional, caring, and demanding work environment * Professional development and growth within the studio * Permanent contract * Competitive salary commensurate with experience Important Notes * BIM experience with Revit is mandatory * Candidates without collaborative environment experience will not be considered Application Submission of examples of completed work or BIM models is highly valued.
