We are currently seeking a Safety and Prevention Technician for two centers located in Illescas, Toledo. **Main responsibilities include:** * Lead quality and safety processes at the center or centers under your responsibility. * Ensure the sustainability of the management system at the center or centers under your responsibility. * Ensure operational process quality and required certifications from clients or at corporate level within your centers. * Guarantee health and safety in daily operations and processes at your center or centers through preventive planning, aiming to reduce accidents by implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Lead environmental projects to improve efficiency and foster a safety culture within your centers. * Participate in continuous improvement processes. Collaborate with the Recruitment team in hiring processes for managed centers up to middle management positions. * **Requirements:** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within multinational environments. * Advanced level of English (desirable) * Higher education qualification. * Advanced degree in occupational risk prevention (3 specialties) * Previous experience as a safety technician of over 5 years. Availability to travel if necessary.
