Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Providing direct care to elderly people in basic activities of daily living. * Offering emotional and social support. * Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. * Participating in activities and workshops. * Ensuring the well-being and dignity of residents. **Requirements:** * Medium-level Vocational Training Cycle in Care for Dependent People or Professional Certification in Social Institutions. * Prior experience in nursing homes or similar centers (desirable but not mandatory). * Vocation for service, empathy, and responsibility. * Teamwork and communication skills.
