You will work alongside experienced sales professionals, receive structured guidance, and take on real responsibilities — from preparing client-facing materials to supporting market research — while developing practical skills. **What You Will Learn** * How a B2B sales team operates day-to-day, from lead generation to order fulfillment * How to prepare professional presentations and proposals ready for clients * How to conduct market research and competitive analysis that directly inform real business decisions * Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) * How sales performance is measured and reported to management **Your Responsibilities** * Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks * Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials for clients (PowerPoint / Word / Excel), following existing brand templates and guidelines * Contribute to market research and competitive analysis, gathering findings for review by the sales team * Help maintain and update customer, lead, and opportunity records in the CRM (full training provided) * Support order tracking and coordination with other departments * Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and commercial follow-ups * Respond to routine customer inquiries via phone or email, escalating complex cases to senior team members * Support preparation of monthly sales reports and KPI dashboards * Assist with logistics for trade fairs and promotional events ### **A Great Place to Work** * Circularity and sustainability * Diverse international environment * Innovation and technology * Continuous improvement * Professional development opportunities * Social responsibility * Meaningful work * A pleasant workplace ### **Skills and Requirements** **What We Are Looking For** * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Marketing, or related fields * Pursuing a Master’s degree — especially in areas relevant to this role — is highly valued * Minimum duration of 6 months * University internship agreement required * Excellent written and spoken English * Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook; willingness to learn CRM tools * Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail * Analytical mindset — curiosity about data and market trends * Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude * No prior professional experience required — this role is learning-focused.
