Shift Supervisor

#### **Position Characteristics** **Position Title**: Shift Supervisor. **Department or Project**: Extresol **Reports To**: Operations Manager. **Number of Direct Reports**: 3–5 people per shift: panel operator, field operator,巡检员 (patrol operator), and support staff (Monday to Friday). **Working Hours**: 12-hour shifts for 4 days + 6 days off. Technical Training* Blueprint Analysis * Knowledge of implementing and verifying Lockouts * Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) #### **Requirements** **Primary Objective**: Coordinate the Operations Team during your shift to maximize plant productivity and ensure seamless coordination with the maintenance team. **Secondary Objectives**: * Coordinate and plan maintenance activities (work permits, lockouts). * Ensure safety compliance for all tasks performed. #### **Competencies** **Relationships** * **Internal Relationships:** **Area** **Relationship** Operations Manager Submit daily reports.
