The role involves operating and supervising computer numerical control (CNC) machinery, ensuring that the entire production process is efficient and of high quality. You will be required to adjust machine parameters, monitor the operational cycle, and verify that manufactured parts meet specifications. You must also be able to read simple technical drawings and maintain machines in clean and good working condition. Attention to detail and commitment to final product quality are essential. Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) is mandatory. Prior factory experience—particularly in the plastics industry—is desirable, as is the ability to integrate well into a cohesive team. A fixed-term contract is offered, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract. Specific training will be provided to ensure smooth integration.
