Dynamic and collaborative work environment At Galvacolor, we continue to grow and are looking to hire a Financial\-Accounting Controller for our team in Jerez de los Caballeros. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company’s economic\-financial control through analysis and supervision of accounting, financial, and management processes, guaranteeing information reliability and providing key support for strategic and operational decision\-making. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and monitoring of financial budgets; definition and updating of KPIs; analysis of variances with improvement proposals. * Analysis of the income statement and of the processes impacting revenues and expenses; preparation of economic\-financial reports for decision\-making. * Evaluation of the viability of commercial plans and monitoring of their profitability, ensuring the reliability of the information used. * Treasury management: bank reconciliations, movement control, cash flow forecasting, and payment preparation. * Customer management: invoicing, recording of receipts, analysis of average payment terms, and management of factoring and advances. * Supplier management: invoice registration, payment preparation, support in letters of credit, and analysis of average payment terms. * Expense control, especially travel and relocation expenses. * Participation in general accounting: preparation of financial statements, verification of entries, accounting closings, reporting to the Group, and audit support. * Preparation of official reporting (e.g., INE or other bodies), ensuring quality and compliance. * Identification of variances and improvement opportunities, including proposal and implementation of corrective actions. * Support to Management and department heads in result analysis and decision\-making. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or related field.
