The Fundació Germà Tomàs Canet, from the Hospitaller Order of Saint John of God, is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support individuals in situations of vulnerability and at risk of social exclusion by managing programs and services aimed at improving quality of life and social integration. Currently, it is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Support Measures Program for the exercise of legal capacity, based in Lleida. This position is a temporary replacement due to medical leave and subsequent maternity leave. Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator and the Economic Area Manager, your responsibilities will include: \- Monthly processing of receipts for deliveries made by professionals from the social area \- Daily management of transfers and reloads of T\-FLASH cards \- Payments and collections between FGTC's bank account and the bank accounts of service users \- Preparation of rental invoices for service users who rent apartments \- Management of payments from program users in the Autonomous Living Support Program, coordinated with the accounting department \- Collection of mileage data from foundation vehicles to later charge service users \- Monthly reconciliation of bank fees related to direct debit batches and civil liability insurance \- Income tax returns for service users \- Provision of requested information from other sites, such as bank statements, requests for financial transactions, duplicate receipts, etc. \- Payment of tutor fees \- Managing insurance policies (property, life, death, etc.) and negotiating cost improvements \- Receiving economic references' requests to consult the property registry to determine whether service users own property, subsequently placing orders to the property registry and coordinating with accounting to track recovery of these amounts \- Centralizing banking procedures for each service user \- Keeping track of all granted financial aids, reconciling them with accounting, and monitoring any increases or decreases \- Control and management of prepayment cards assigned to staff. Maintaining records of all cards linked to service users (expiry date, card limits, etc.) and coordinating with accounting \- Reviewing documentation: legal documents, invoices, bank receipts, personal service contracts, insurance policies, mortgages, loans, etc., received and forwarding to respective offices when applicable \- Handling information (commissions, transfers, etc.) received from accounting.
