In our dog nutrition business, FUD, we offer fresh, healthy, and personalized food through a subscription model. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and determined BackOffice Commercial professional to connect with potential clients and turn calls into satisfied new subscriptions. Responsibilities: • Support the sales team by managing orders, subscriptions, and customer follow-up. • Contact by phone clients who have already shown interest in our products (data provided by the company). • Present our customized dog food subscription model, highlighting its benefits. • Persuade, advise, and close sales. • Update and maintain the commercial database and customer documentation. • Provide close and personalized service to ensure an excellent experience. What are we looking for? • Previous experience in telephone sales or customer service (preferably in subscription environments, although not essential). • Exceptional communication skills and ability to persuade. • Love for dogs (it's a big plus if you have one at home!). • Languages: bilingual Catalan and Spanish.
