Opportunity to work with technologies such as Fortigate, SQL Server, and Zabbix. * Permanent contract * Full-time * Remote work * L2 Cloud LATAM **Job Mission** You will implement and provide support for Gigas’ server, backup, and security solutions, in accordance with the scope of managed support. **What responsibilities and tasks will you handle?** * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers. * User and group administration in Active Directory and local environments. * Permission auditing on Active Directory accounts. * Implementation and management of Group Policies (GPO) both in Active Directory and local systems. * Implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RDS environments (standalone and HA). * Deployment of RemoteApps. * Installation and deployment of SQL Server instances. * Domain controller administration, replication, and domain health monitoring. * Task automation using Task Scheduler and PowerShell scripting. * Implementation of security policies on Windows servers. * Linux command-line support. * TCP/IP networking, VPN, VLAN. * Configuration of client server networks via the Gigas control panel. * Installation of Fortigate firewalls and customer-required firewall rules. * Provisioning and delivery of services to customers. * Documentation and response to customer requests or incidents. * Customer telephone and chat support. * Monitoring with Zabbix. * Customer support guidance. **Minimum Requirements** 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in similar roles covering the specific competencies described. * Knowledge and experience with Windows Server and Linux. * Linux administration via command line. * Configuration of IP LAN networks. * Policy assignment, service publishing, and Fortigate access configuration. * User and group administration in Active Directory. * Local server user and group administration. * Installation, configuration, and backup of SQL Server. **Desired Competencies** * Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset. * Self-management and dynamic learning ability. * Ability to solve complex problems. * Creativity and originality when facing undocumented issues. * Resilience and stress management. * Teamwork capability. * Ability to prioritize under high workload. **What We Offer** * Permanent contract. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 21:00 to 06:00. * Short-term entry into the Department’s on-call shift rotation. * Remote work modality. * Permanent contract * Full-time * Remote work * L2 Cloud LATAM
