Opportunity to work in an international environment Position Request ID: 25936 Country: Spain Position Location: Ctra Torrejón\-Ajalvir, M\-108 km 4 Ajalvir, Madrid 28864 **What is the objective of this project and what does it entail?** At ITP Aero, we are looking to hire a Quality Engineer for our Quality Engineering Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for quality assurance activities in experimental services area projects: * Act as the primary point of contact with the customer on quality matters (vision, non-conformances, delegations, etc.). * Manage non-conformances using problem-solving techniques. * Lead investigations into quality escapes and customer complaints, as well as implementation of corrective/preventive actions. * Improve the quality management system for the experimental area. * Continuous process improvement. Review and present KPI reports. * Ensure compliance with departmental procedures. * Evaluate and approve engineering outputs as a quality discipline. * Prepare, review, and approve input/output documentation. * Manage and support internal and external audits. * Review customer orders and analyze quality requirements. * Manage process changes. * Define and approve inspection plans. * Ensure appropriate methods are used for FMEAs. * Establish a common way of working to guarantee an industrial quality standard for experimental products across different plants. * Develop quality plans for specific customers. **What profile are we looking for?** * Education: Degree in Engineering * 3–5 years’ experience in Quality Management roles * Knowledge of: o Quality standards and quality management systems (ISO 9001, EN 9100\) o 5S and Kamishibai o SAP, Teamcenter o Continuous improvement tools (FMEA; Control Plan; MSA; SPC…) o Supply chain quality management o Problem-solving techniques (8D, SCRA, 5W) o Familiarity with quality management system documentation o Ability to support/conduct audits. * Languages: English * Soft Skills: teamwork; problem solving and communication skills **Location** Ajalvir **What We Offer** You will join our company under competitive terms and an attractive compensation package, including various social benefits and guaranteed career progression aligned with your professional growth.
