**At AREM-CNC we are specialists in the manufacturing of precision fasteners and are looking to hire a CNC Operator to strengthen our team.** The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathes to manufacture precision metal parts, ensuring compliance with the company's quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Setup and calibration of CNC lathes. * Interpretation of technical drawings and manufacturing orders. * Execution of machining operations on metal parts. * Quality control of manufactured parts using measuring instruments. * Adjustment of machining parameters to optimize processing times and surface finishes. * Basic maintenance of machinery and tools. **Requirements** * Minimum of **2 years'** experience in CNC machining, preferably on lathes. * Knowledge of interpreting technical drawings and tolerances. * Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.). * Ability to work in a team and meet delivery deadlines. * Experience in other machining centers and knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc/Okuma/Heidenhain) is desirable. * Valid documentation. **We Offer** * Joining a growing company with international reach. * Full-time position with a permanent contract. * Salary commensurate with experience. * Opportunities for training and professional development. **Location**: Azuqueca de Henares (Guadalajara) Job type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €1,400.00-€1,650.00 per month Benefits: * Professional development support * Christmas gift basket * Provided uniform Job location: On-site
