We are currently seeking a candidate proficient in English to handle **supplier prospecting** and **negotiate with potential suppliers** to begin collaborating with us in serving major retail brands. Your main responsibilities will include: * Analysis of company needs: Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing requirements and needs. Evaluate current inventory and forecast future demands. * Supplier search: Identify and assess potential suppliers. Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, including prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms. * Supplier selection: Evaluate supplier proposals and make informed decisions regarding selection. Establish long-term relationships with reliable and efficient suppliers. * Contract negotiation: Participate in drafting and negotiating contracts with suppliers. Ensure contract terms are beneficial to the company. * Cost management: Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality. Negotiate discounts and favorable conditions with suppliers. Minimum requirements: * Advanced level of English. Other languages are a plus. * Residence in the Maresme area or surrounding regions. * Experience in negotiation. * Knowledge of the retail industry. * Strong learning ability. * Teamwork skills. * Proactive, methodical, solution-oriented, and dynamic individual. **What we offer:** * Job stability and growth opportunities.
