The professional will be responsible for the comprehensive development of construction projects, combining office-based work with direct on-site supervision. Key responsibilities include preparing technical drawings, accurately measuring construction units, and creating detailed budgets. They will also manage planning and monitoring of installations from project initiation to completion, including selection of appropriate materials. Additionally, they will supervise on-site execution to ensure full adherence to plans and conduct post-sales follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction. Another critical aspect of their role involves monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and overseeing workplace health conditions. Finally, they will continuously monitor production to verify that all assigned projects meet scheduled deadlines and quality standards. The contract will be temporary and full-time. Candidates must hold a Higher Vocational Training qualification in Building and Civil Engineering. At least two years of demonstrable experience in a similar position within the construction sector is mandatory. Additional qualifications in fields such as Technical Engineering, Bachelor's or University Degree programs will be considered favorably. Solid knowledge and practical experience in using AutoCAD design software, as well as application of Occupational Health and Safety regulations, are required. Experience in preparing construction budgets and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite for documentation and planning management are also required.
