In this role, you will be responsible for directing the execution of assigned projects according to the policies and procedures defined by the company, aiming to achieve the established economic, time, and quality objectives for each project. You will prepare the technical and economic planning of the project and monitor its compliance and optimization. To achieve this, your responsibilities will include: * **Analyzing**, **planning**, **coordinating**, and **supervising** the **execution of the project**, defining tasks for supervisors and ensuring work is carried out in terms of quality and adherence to established deadlines. * **Supervising** the **monthly billing** of completed work and monitoring economic deviations from the budget. * **Complying** with **internal and external regulations** regarding interactions with public administrations by applying internal procedures and recording all interactions. * Carrying out **activities** related to **occupational health and safety prevention** as established in the Prevention Manual, integrating safety measures into all actions and decisions within your area of responsibility, as well as fulfilling necessary activities related to Quality and Environmental Management. ### **Minimum Requirements** **What are we looking for?** * A candidate with a university degree in **Civil Engineering (Roads, Channels and Ports)**, **Civil Engineering Bachelor's degree**, **Public Works or Technical Architecture degree** (for building construction projects). * Professional experience as a Site Manager in civil or building construction projects is highly valued. We are looking for an organized, results-oriented individual with strong analytical skills.
