From **We Bring** we are looking for a **Project Manager in Bizkaia** to join a technological and international company specialized in engineering and construction solutions for the renewable energy sector. European company with **presence in 17 countries** that is starting its expansion in Spain. You will work closely with the headquarters in Germany, where you will receive training on their technology and working methodology. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** * **Comprehensive project management**: You will take responsibility for construction projects in terms of time, cost, and functionality. * **Planning and coordination**: You will plan and coordinate projects according to internal customer specifications at all levels (services, deadlines, resources). * **Team leadership**: You will lead and coordinate teams involved in the project to ensure a smooth process. * **On-site presence**: You will attend on-site meetings and carry out technical negotiations. * **Claims management**: You will handle claim processing, if necessary in coordination with QA and Procurement departments. * **Safety**: You will plan safety on construction sites. * **Commissioning**: You will be responsible for project acceptance and commissioning, providing instructions to system operators on site. **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * **Strategic professional development**: You will play a key role in deploying renewable energy projects in Spain within an internationally established company with proprietary technology. * **Specialized training**: Direct access to technology and working methodology at the central headquarters in Germany. * **Stability and growth**: Indefinite contract with a final client in an expansion phase. * **Compensation package**: Company car and annual bonus. **WHAT DO WE REQUIRE FROM YOU?** As a **Project Manager – Renewable Energy** **\- Construction and Engineering**, we require: * More than 5 years of experience managing construction projects in the renewable energy sector * B2 level or higher in English. German is a plus. * Availability to travel more than 50% of the time (projects in Spain and training in Germany).
