The objective of this position is to ensure that the goals and objectives established in the contract are met in order to provide high-quality service to the client. What are we looking for? * At least 10 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance Contract Management (HVAC, BT, AT, PCI, Plumbing, Locksmithing and Civil Works, Legionella, etc.) with tertiary and retail clients. * Experience in direct management of maintenance personnel. * Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). * Experience in project management, including planning, monitoring, and cost control. * Knowledge of technical standards and regulations related to Safety, Health, and Maintenance, including best practices, standards, and applicable technical-legal requirements. * Experience in budget management. * Knowledge of risk management, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks. * Experience managing documentation, including creation and updating of contracts, budgets, and other documents related to the contract. * University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Architecture, or similar (not mandatory) Your main responsibilities will be: CONTRACT MANAGEMENT: * Ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements for services provided: Low Voltage Maintenance, PCI, High Voltage, HVAC, etc. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities. * Monitor KPIs established in the contract and action plans. * Prepare QHSE reports, Maintenance Management reports, and financial summaries of budgets for contract follow-up meetings. OPERATIONS: * Develop strategy, set clear objectives and targets for the account, aligned with customer needs and company expectations. * Supervise the quality of service provided by the company, ensuring compliance with established quality standards. * Identify and manage risks associated with the account, such as potential safety or compliance issues. * Oversee projects related to the account, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. * Keep account-related documentation up to date, including contracts, budgets, and progress reports. * Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors working on the account. * Manage a multidisciplinary team. * Negotiate contracts and scopes with suppliers. * Manage the contract's financial plan and cost optimization.
