Your role will be key in managing and evolving the area's technology platform, ensuring implemented solutions meet regulatory and operational requirements while aligning with the bank's technology standards. The selected candidate must be capable of managing end\-to\-end projects, from functional definition and requirements analysis to technical coordination and execution monitoring. In certain cases, direct support to engineering teams in solution implementation or validation will be expected, so a certain technical background is required. **Main responsibilities:** * Manage multidisciplinary technology projects in the field of Transactional Regulatory Reporting, ensuring timely, accurate and high-quality deliveries, which is critical due to the nature and regulatory demands of these initiatives. * Analyze and translate functional and regulatory requirements into viable technological solutions, identifying dependencies, risks and improvement opportunities together with engineering, business and compliance teams. * Support and coordinate technical teams during execution, ensuring correct implementation and alignment with the bank’s architecture and standards. * Manage relationships with external vendors, including budgets and technical aspects of licensing and professional services contracts. * Promote innovation and good engineering practices, encouraging the adoption of agile methodologies, process automation and continuous improvement in technology project management. * Serve as App Owner for applications in the domain, taking responsibility for their operation, maintenance and technological evolution. **Required Qualifications:** * More than 4 years of experience in end\-to\-end management of multidisciplinary technology projects in financial/regulatory environments. * Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders and vendors across different geographies. * Basic functional knowledge of wholesale banking financial products, especially investment instruments and derivatives. * Technical background profile, providing minimum knowledge and experience in: 1\) Agile methodologies (Scrums, SAFe, Kanban). 2\) Software architecture conceptualization and design. 3\) SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Percona). 4\) Software life cycles (CI/CD \- continuous integration and deployment, DevOps) and test automation (Cucumber, XRay). 5\) Change management (Jira, Helix). * Analytical skills, proactivity and problem-solving orientation. * Innovative mindset and ability to propose new ideas, challenges or solutions that drive continuous improvement and technological evolution of the area. * Fluent English for performing job duties. **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience in regulatory reporting and reconciliations, with knowledge of regulations and regulatory frameworks such as MIFIR/MIFID, SFTR, DFA or EMIR, and understanding of associated validation and control processes. * Experience managing projects on low\-code platforms to accelerate delivery and enable business solutions, as well as integrating and using external SaaS-type platforms. * Knowledge of market tools or platforms related to financial or regulatory activities, such as Murex, Calypso, S\&P Cappitech, Bloomberg, DTCC. * Knowledge of security, resilience and business continuity principles applied to systems in financial or regulatory contexts. * Ability to lead technological transformation initiatives, working in agile environments and global teams. **Skills:** Customer Targeting, Intelligent Process Automation, IT \- Compliance, IT \- Regulation \& Internal control, Teamwork, Work Initiative
