MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
Lead the development of functional and detailed design within the assigned Program, ensuring final product integration and compliance with contractual requirements.
Coordinate the planning and progress monitoring of engineering tasks and Program priorities, taking responsibility for timely delivery of engineering outputs and proposing corrective actions in case of deviations.
Manage and control the engineering, ACV (Added Value Analysis), and Systems Engineering budgets and schedules for the Program, providing necessary information for economic program tracking.
Support the Program’s budgeting, planning, and operational control processes.
Identify and document risks within one’s area of competence, supporting the Program’s overall Risk Management process.
Coordinate, from a technical standpoint, specific topics with the Client and External Entities (Classification Societies, Authorities, etc.).

The selected candidate shall perform duties under the working hours regime applicable to the assigned position, which may include standard working hours, shift work, or any other special working hour arrangements stipulated in the current Collective Bargaining Agreement.
