We are currently seeking an IT Technician to join our team. **Responsibilities** * Provide support for maintaining and organizing workspaces: reorganizing cabling and identifying materials needed by users. * Identify and resolve problematic network points, as well as correctly label connections at the central hub. * Standardize software across all devices to ensure efficiency and security. * Handle incident tickets (e.g., printer issues, office software problems), with prior training provided to perform these tasks securely. * Manage IT equipment inventory using GLPI software. * Inspect devices for replacement, format PCs and laptops, and prepare computers for reuse or recycling. * Document processes and resources related to network and hardware. * Support server management: resource optimization and review of folder structures. * Manage inventory of new equipment to ensure efficient control. **Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training Qualification (FP de Grado Superior) * Catalan (spoken and written: advanced level) Salary: €18,000.00–€25,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
