




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle administrative tasks, sales documentation, order management, support in loading/unloading operations, and production support. Opportunity for active and proactive individuals In Alcoletge, an Administrative Assistant is required to perform administrative management tasks, documentation for domestic and international sales, order and packaging management, support in loading and unloading of goods, and support to the production department, among other duties inherent to the position. Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Saturday on a rotating morning and afternoon shift, with working hours between 06:00 and 14:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum two years’ experience performing tasks identical or similar to those described. * We seek an active, responsible, and proactive individual who works well in teams. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Fluent spoken and written Spanish and Catalan. GM/GS in Administration or equivalent.
