If data excites you, **join the team!** **What will be your mission?** You will engage from day one in real-world Data projects, performing **technical analysis, data transformation, and dashboard development** for our clients’ business departments. **How will you do it?** * By **learning** as much as possible technically—and gradually, we’ll support you as your confidence grows, enabling you to manage your own time and work with increasing autonomy. * You will also be responsible for **writing project documentation** for the project you join. * You will participate in **functional analysis** of projects, allowing you to understand the business and gain a holistic view and deeper knowledge of our clients. * You will progressively gain broader knowledge and responsibility, enabling participation in more phases across various projects. **You will participate in designing and developing dashboards from scratch**, as well as in designing and developing data modeling and data transformation processes using specific **on-premise and cloud ETL technologies and tools.** * You will conduct training for business users so that the client can interpret data optimally. As such, you will hold a stronger position with the client—maintaining constant communication and delivering solutions to their needs. * You will stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends in **Data & Analytics**, enabling you to deliver the best solutions to our clients. **What will make you succeed in this role?** * You are completing or have recently completed your degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or another academic discipline that has equipped you with development capability and critical thinking in this domain. * Additional training in Data, Business Intelligence, Big Data, or Artificial Intelligence will be highly valued. * Familiarity with programming languages, databases, and/or visualization tools (SAP, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc.) is a plus. * We seek *data lovers* with an innovative mindset and strong desire to grow with us—since you’ll participate in projects operating in dynamic environments, offering continuous learning. * Team communication skills: It’s very important to us that you coordinate effectively with your teammates, support them, and proactively ask for help when needed.
