As part of the store team and reporting to the Seafood Market Manager, your responsibilities will be: * Perform daily receiving of goods (fish), ensuring quality and freshness upon arrival. * Handle, clean, and cut fish while guaranteeing freshness and quality standards. * Set up the fish counter so that all varieties of seafood are accessible. * Recommend, advise, and inform customers about product characteristics to ensure an excellent shopping experience. * Clean, organize, and supervise fish handling tools and utensils, as well as maintain facilities (refrigeration chambers and drains). * Collaborate with the Seafood Market Manager in supervising tasks and managing the fishmonger team. * Monitor existing stock, supporting the Seafood Market Manager in conducting inventories and placing orders. Desired skills and knowledge: We would love to hear from you if you are passionate about retail, fresh products, and people, and if you have: \- At least 1 year of previous experience as a fishmonger or fishmonger assistant. \- Training in food handling/food safety. \- Knowledge of seafood types and cutting techniques. \- Basic proficiency in office software tools.

As part of the store team, coordinated by Shift Managers, your responsibilities in this role will be: * Restock, face and rotate products on shelves according to established frequency and order, * Politely inform customers who have questions about product features and locations, as well as collect their suggestions. * Ensure proper labeling of all products. * Process cash register transactions and handle payments. * Verify the correlation between products and invoices at self-service checkout lanes. * Ensure smooth customer flow through checkout areas. * Check and replenish availability of bags, paper rolls, etc. * Safeguard daily earnings, documents, cash drawer and receipts until handing them over at the end of the shift.
