The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating electrical engineering activities for an ambitious data center (CPD) project in Villanueva de Gállego, Zaragoza. We seek a proactive professional with strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills, capable of managing complex projects and ensuring technical quality across all design and execution phases. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Supervision and Coordination of Electrical Design:** Lead and supervise electrical engineering activities during the project design phase, ensuring compliance with technical standards and applicable regulations. * **Management of Subcontracted Engineering:** Closely supervise subcontracted electrical engineering teams, performing thorough reviews of technical documentation (drawings, single-line diagrams, technical specifications, reports, etc.) to ensure alignment with project-specific requirements and client expectations. * **Coordination of Technical Teams:** Promote collaboration and effectively coordinate diverse technical teams involved in the project, ensuring smooth communication and early resolution of potential conflicts. * **Progress Monitoring and Control:** Conduct rigorous monitoring of electrical engineering progress, tracking delivery deadlines and ensuring the project remains on schedule. * **Resolution of Interferences:** Identify, analyze, and coordinate resolution of technical interferences between electrical engineering and other disciplines (civil, mechanical, etc.), guaranteeing overall design integrity. * **Preparation of Reports:** Prepare detailed technical reports on engineering status, project progress, and potential risks or deviations. * **Participation in Meetings:** Attend and lead technical meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to discuss progress, resolve queries, and make decisions. * **On-Site Support:** Provide technical support and resolve issues arising during the construction (site) phase, in close collaboration with the execution team. **Essential Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** University degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics Engineering, or a related field. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in electrical engineering roles, preferably within a technical office and/or project supervision. * **Project Experience:** Solid experience in managing and executing large-scale industrial projects. Specific experience in data centers (CPD) is highly valued. * **Knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of electrical design, power systems, applicable electrical regulations, and office software. * **Skills:** Ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate teams, perform technical analysis, and solve problems. * **Occupational Health and Safety Training:** 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course. * **Driver’s License:** Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel. * **Mobility:** Willingness to travel to the Villanueva de Gállego project site and other locations as required. **Preferred (Non-Exclusive) Qualifications:** * Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools. * Knowledge of data center-specific regulations. * Experience managing projects using agile methodologies. * Technical-level proficiency in English. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a strategic and highly relevant project within the sector. * Professional development opportunities within a market-leading company. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Competitive salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
