At **Logicalis Spain**, we are looking for a **Microsoft / M365 / SQL / Virtualization Systems Administrator** to join one of our IT teams. The selected candidate will be responsible for the administration, evolution, and support of on-premise, hybrid, and virtualized infrastructures, ensuring continuity, security, and performance of the organization’s critical services. This role has a strong technical component (Level 2–3), combining operations, resolution of complex incidents, and active participation in technology evolution projects. **Responsibilities:** Incident and request management (Level 2 / 3): * Resolution of complex incidents in critical environments (service outages, performance issues, on-prem/cloud coexistence). * Root cause analysis and proposals for improvement to prevent recurrence. * Advanced support for Microsoft platforms, virtualization, and databases. Design, evolution, and maintenance of infrastructures: * Design and implementation of on-premise, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures. * Updates and maintenance of existing environments. * Patch management, hardening, and vulnerability remediation. * Participation in modernization and technology migration projects. Documentation: * Proper handling and tracking of tickets in the management tool. * Creation of technical documentation and operational procedures. * Knowledge and task transfer to Level 1.5 / Operations teams. * Focus on continuous improvement and standardization. **Essential Technical Requirements:** **Windows Environment Administration:** * Advanced Windows Server administration (all versions). * Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, IIS, WSUS. * Proven experience with ADFS and hybrid authentication environments is mandatory. **Microsoft SCCM:** * Installation, configuration, and maintenance. * Application, patch, and operating system deployment. * Update management and advanced troubleshooting. **Microsoft Exchange:** * Administration of Microsoft Exchange (all versions). * Support, maintenance, migrations, and resolution of complex incidents. **SharePoint:** * Installation and administration of on-premise SharePoint. * Configuration, workflow design, and permission management. * Platform updates, migrations, and maintenance. **Microsoft 365:** * Administration of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. * Integration with hybrid environments. **Advanced Microsoft Intune Management:** * Comprehensive administration of Microsoft Intune as an endpoint management platform. * Management of Windows devices and corporate endpoints. * Design and application of configuration, compliance, and security policies. * Application management (deployment, update, retirement). * Autopilot administration for device provisioning. * Integration with Azure AD / Entra ID and Conditional Access. * Resolution of complex enrollment- and policy-related incidents. * Documentation and operational handover to lower-level teams. **Virtualization Environment Administration (VMware and Hyper-V):** * Advanced administration of VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V platforms in production and mission-critical environments. * Design, deployment, and maintenance of virtualized infrastructures, including clusters, high availability (HA), and load balancing. * Platform lifecycle management: Hypervisor updates, security patches, planned and unplanned maintenance. * Resource management: Capacity (CPU, memory, storage); optimization of virtual machine performance; analysis and resolution of bottlenecks. * Creation, configuration, and maintenance of virtual machines, templates, and snapshots. * Management of integrations with storage and virtual networks. * Resolution of complex incidents: Host or cluster failures; performance issues; HA, vMotion, Live Migration incidents, etc. * Implementation and validation of backup and recovery strategies for virtualized environments. * Platform documentation and operational procedures. * Level 2–3 support for virtualization-related incidents and coordination with other infrastructure teams. **Proven Experience with Nutanix and Proxmox:** * Nutanix hyperconverged environment administration (AOS / AHV): Cluster, node, and distributed storage management; platform operations via Prism; performance and capacity monitoring; resolution of cluster-, storage-, and virtualization-level incidents. * Design and operation of Nutanix AHV-based infrastructures as alternatives to traditional hypervisors. * Proxmox VE environment management: Proxmox cluster administration;
