*With feet on the ground* is an environmental education and social inclusion project that aims to promote sustainability in rural areas through the creation of school gardens and the activation of the Casablanca Center as a regional ecosocial learning space. The project will be developed in collaboration with educational centers in Almargen and Campillos, involving students, teaching staff, people with intellectual disabilities, and older adults from the region. The selected candidate will join La Polea's technical team and work in coordination with the rest of the educational and environmental staff.
