If you are a proactive individual with experience in the sector and eager to make a difference, this is your moment! **What responsibilities will be yours?** Your role will be critical to ensuring the success of our office by selecting the best candidates to work in our hotels. Some of your responsibilities include: * Analyzing the job description provided by clients and defining the required profiles. * Posting job vacancies on portals and contacting employment centers and/or job boards as needed. * Conducting selection interviews, both by phone and in person. * Providing direct support to clients and candidates, ensuring a satisfactory experience. * Updating and maintaining the candidate database. * Requesting, managing, and archiving documentation. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract with a 6-month probationary period. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00. * Annual gross salary of €18k–€20k. **What we value in you:** * Previous experience in personnel selection, preferably in the hospitality industry. * A passion for challenges and teamwork.
