We will prepare you to become a future key professional and generate significant value within the company. This experience will be based on integrating **operational knowledge, technical office expertise**, as well as developing a **strategic final project**. How do we begin? With an outstanding welcome to the program! We start with a week of ***onboarding*** focused on learning about Veolia’s various businesses through **site visits to water, waste, and energy facilities**. You will learn the company’s strategy directly from Veolia’s top experts and meet your mentor. The program takes place across multiple locations, including **Seville and Badajoz**, providing you with a **360° perspective on the waste business line**: * Plastics * Municipal Waste * Industrial, Commercial, and Biomass Waste You will combine technical and business area training with: * Workshops on sustainability and circular economy. * Networking opportunities with senior leaders and sustainability and circular economy experts. **What Can We Offer You?** * A professional challenge lasting **12 months**, focused on operations and the **technical office**. * Development of a **final project alongside top experts** in our sector. * Start in **September** with an indefinite-term contract. * **Full-time schedule**. * **Being part of a leading organization** in the environmental sector during a time of major challenges. If you want to join this team and take on this great challenge, don’t hesitate to apply! **Requirements** What are the **main requirements** to apply for this program? * Recent graduates in Industrial, Environmental, Energy, Chemical, Civil, Forestry Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum 6 months of internships — maximum 2 years of professional experience. * English level B2. * Willingness to relocate geographically.
