**Your Mission**
Lead and coordinate Design Department teams to ensure project milestones are met, as well as oversee end-to-end file management vis-à-vis the client. You will be the key individual who combines strategic vision, technical expertise, and people leadership to ensure projects progress with quality, on schedule, and profitably.
**What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?**
Your responsibilities will include:
* **Plan and replan projects** in both the short and long term, adjusting priorities in response to deviations outside production control (e.g., client deadline changes, new assignments, etc.).
* **Define production strategies**, evaluating options such as subcontracting, scope redefinition, or team reorganization to guarantee fulfillment of commitments.
* **Determine required resources** for each assigned project, anticipating team needs.
* **Supervise the technical quality** of engineering work, promoting standardization of procedures and continuous process improvement.
* **Manage and develop your team**, assessing performance, adapting task assignments according to individual qualifications, and resolving any conflicts that may arise.
* **Coordinate with other departments and with the client**, aligning your team’s work with overall project requirements and maintaining fluid, empathetic communication.
* **Monitor financial performance** of planned and executed work, controlling variances and ensuring file profitability.

* Intensive working schedule from June 15 to September 15, Monday to Friday (based on a standard schedule of 08:00–15:00).

REQUIREMENTS
**What Are We Looking For?**
* Degree in **Engineering or Architecture**.
* Minimum **15 years of experience** in team and/or file management.
* Demonstrable experience in project planning, personnel management, multidisciplinary coordination, and financial control.
